I have been principal at Āria School since 2000. Before that I was a teacher here for three years and actually had my first three years involvement with the school in the late 70s prior to taking time out to have a family of four boys, now all grown up with eight children of their own.

I live on a sheep and beef farm about 30 minutes drive from school.

I have a strong passion for education and continue to be highly motivated to provide the best I can for the children in my care.

I have always had passionate, professional, enthusiastic and effective staff and together we work as a cohesive unit to give all our kids the best we possibly can.
